What you will do

• Deliver high-quality Android applications and provide reliable support for banks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate closely with front-end consultants and customers to implement mobile solutions.
• Develop tailor-made code integrating mobile products with customer systems using native Android technologies.
• Train and support on-site development teams and guide technical decision-making.
• Lead mobile-related project aspects, create development roadmaps, and maintain feedback loops with customers and R&D.
• Experiment with emerging technologies and contribute to new product development.

Requirements

• Location: Krakow, Poland with hybrid work format
• 3+ years of experience in Android client application development.
• Commercial experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Familiarity with Android Architecture Components, Clean Architecture, Jetpack Navigation, and architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVI).
• Experience with Koin, unit and UI testing (JUnit, Mockito, Espresso), Kotlin Coroutines, and Kotlin Flow.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, OOP, SOLID principles, and Git.
• English level: Intermediate+ (B2) or higher

• Experience in FinTech or related business domains.
