What you will do

• Write high-quality, maintainable code and deliver working features across the full stack
• Make technical and architectural decisions and lead technical discussions
• Investigate and resolve production issues
• Contribute to technical planning and backlog management

Requirements

• Must have permanent residence and work permit in Finland
• Excellent Finnish language skills (C1) for effective communication
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong frontend and backend skills
• Technical leadership experience and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge
