What you will do
- Collaborate with GTM, Customer, Product, Content, and Finance teams to understand challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Innovate by applying advanced data solutions and automation to simplify workflows and improve insight accessibility.
- Analyze marketing, sales, and retention funnels to enhance decision-making and team effectiveness.
- Influence product roadmaps and content acquisition through customer behavior and trend analysis.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports as key products, iterating based on feedback to ensure quality and engagement.
- Promote a test & learn culture and support stakeholders in making incremental, impactful decisions.
Requirements
- Must be located in Australia.
- 3+ years experience in analytics or data science.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and DBT for handling big data and delivering actionable insights.
- Strong business understanding, especially of B2B models and sales funnels or content engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and across time zones.
- Knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing methodologies.

- Strong writing skills for communicating complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
