What you will do

• Write high-quality, readable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Plan and lead development of new and existing components.
• Collaborate proactively within a team and work independently.
• Continuously push for improvements and optimizations.
• Mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and providing feedback.
• Troubleshoot advanced production issues using observability tools.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Tel Aviv, Israel
• 5+ years experience as a Fullstack Engineer with Node.js (must) and React.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience designing and delivering complex features or projects.
• Proven mentoring and knowledge sharing abilities.
• Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch; GraphQL and microservices are advantages.

• High-level testing skills.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
