TL;DR

Partner Director (Institutional DeFi, Tokenization): Leading strategic partnerships and driving adoption of the XRP Ledger ecosystem for institutional DeFi and asset tokenization with an accent on guiding partners from ideation to scaled deployment and influencing product strategy. Focus on shaping tokenization strategies, architecting on-chain utility, and navigating complex financial market structures and regulatory considerations.

Location: Hybrid in New York (attend office 10+ days a month), with 20–30% travel to partner and customer sites as needed.

Salary: $208,000–$240,000 USD (Annual Base Salary)

What you will do

  • Own and lead a portfolio of highly strategic Institutional DeFi partners building on XRPL, focusing on tokenized asset adoption.
  • Define and drive strategic account plans to maximize long-term value for hirify.global and partners.
  • Lead execution across technical and go-to-market workstreams, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership on tokenization, utility, regulatory considerations, and financial market structures.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Influence hirify.globalX’s roadmap, product strategy, and go-to-market motions by representing partner needs.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of experience leading strategic partnerships or enterprise engagements in fintech, financial services, or blockchain, focusing on innovation.
  • Deep understanding of institutional finance acumen including financial instruments, market structure, collateral management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III).
  • Strong command of tokenization models, use cases, and best practices, able to influence strategy and guide implementation.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and their application to financial use cases like tokenization, settlement, and collateral management.
  • Proven track record of launching scalable Go-to-Market strategies resulting in sustained on-chain activity and partner adoption.
  • Extensive experience managing complex stakeholder dynamics and proactively solving problems in ambiguous environments.
  • Executive presence and trust-building skills for engaging C-suite level stakeholders.
