What you will do
- Provide second level technical support to production support teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production environment assets.
- Collaborate with team members to design improvements reducing downtime.
- Manage daily incidents and participate in problem management to find root causes.
- Communicate daily with international colleagues and document incidents and problems.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work flexibly including occasional after-hours support.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or near Yerevan, Armenia
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
- SQL skills with DQL experience.
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Incident and problem management skills; ITIL certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a production environment with strong organizational skills.
