What you will do

  • Provide second level technical support to production support teams.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production environment assets.
  • Collaborate with team members to design improvements reducing downtime.
  • Manage daily incidents and participate in problem management to find root causes.
  • Communicate daily with international colleagues and document incidents and problems.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work flexibly including occasional after-hours support.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near Yerevan, Armenia
  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
  • SQL skills with DQL experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Incident and problem management skills; ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a production environment with strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in card or banking industry.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Project management and analytical skills.
