What you’ll do:

- Develop reliable, scalable solutions with production‑ready code
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: logic, architecture, features
- Join Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and Idea Talks
- Contribute to estimations, technical planning, and roadmap discussions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure strong test coverage
- Support CI/CD and engineering best practices
- Optionally: take part in interviews, mentor teammates, join dev2dev sessions or external meetups

What you bring:

- 4+ years of hands‑on web development experience
- Strong Python skills: Flask, Django, aiohttp, Pyramid, Scrapy, Luigi, Pachyderm, Jupyter, NumPy, Pandas
- English proficiency B2, with client‑facing communication experience
- Growth mindset and curiosity for emerging technologie
