Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Remote, Europe (GMT-1 to GMT+4, excluding Russia)
Salary: 6000-9300 EUR, Full-time

About ENDGAME:
We build fast, flexible enterprise software with small senior teams delivering solutions in months, not years. We focus on working products, partnering with users, and using AI delivery methods.

Role Overview:
Own customer engagements end-to-end: proof-of-value, requirements, MVP delivery, scaling, and results. Translate unclear business problems into impactful products. Connect customers, engineers, and leadership. Drive execution and measure value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and document business processes
- Write and maintain clear product requirements
- Build project plans with milestones and success criteria
- Serve as main client contact and run steering committees
- Define and track success metrics, report weekly
- Represent customers during development and gather feedback

Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge: architecture, software development, infrastructure, security, cloud, data engineering
- Proven track record delivering enterprise solutions on time and budget
- Excellent project management and leadership
- Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements
- Clear communication tailored to diverse audiences

Tools & Methods:
Business process mapping, PRDs, AI-native delivery, milestone tracking, executive dashboards, steering committees

Nice to Have:
Experience in regulated industries, AI/ML product delivery
