What you will do

• Deliver high-quality documentation in various media, including product manuals, online help articles, and customer bulletins.
• Conform to departmental style guidelines and adhere to processes for documentation development and control.
• Manage Client Community pages to ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and relevant.
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Development teams to stay current on software requirements.
• Research, analyze, organize, design, and develop the presentation of complex technical information.
• Edit documentation and other information products for non-documentation colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Computing, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Good understanding of the documentation lifecycle and a structured approach to documentation planning and design.
• High level of writing proficiency and ability to analyze and organize complex material.
• Competent with HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Ability to successfully manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within a fast-paced environment and under deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with technical writing tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Madcap Flare, Document Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and Wikis.
• Experience in a software development or payment industry environment.
• Experience writing for an international audience.
