Salary: $134,400-$168,000 USD (San Francisco, New York, Seattle); $120,750-$151,200 USD (Washington DC, Texas, Colorado)

What you will do

• Lead internal development of Scale’s Government Relations and Policy Strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Policy, Legal, Product, Go-to-Market) to align policy planning with business objectives.
• Identify emerging policy risks and opportunities, translating developments into actionable strategies.
• Shape policy positions and engagement priorities in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage internal policy initiatives, including research, planning, and stakeholder briefings.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive policy calendar and roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working for a Member of Congress, Lobby Firm, Company, or Trade Association.
• Experience successfully navigating internal processes and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A history of managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
