What you will do

• Develop and maintain executive voice and platform for the Corporate Vice President, ensuring consistency across messages and channels.
• Craft strategic executive narratives, enhance reputation, and manage executive social media presence.
• Lead internal communications and events, supporting employee experience and culture, including newsletters and town-halls.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive on communication strategy and positioning, monitoring industry trends.
• Coordinate media interviews, press statements, and public appearances in partnership with PR and Marketing teams.
• Build and nurture an inclusive communications community, fostering belonging, engagement, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 6+ years experience supporting executives in an executive communications or strategic storytelling role at global organizations.
• 4+ years of experience independently managing cross-functional projects and communications.
• Experience interfacing with C-level executives.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex information and propose solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 12+ years experience in communications or related fields.
• A track record of designing and implementing effective and efficient systems, processes, and tools for a communications team.
