Account Executive (Conversation Intelligence): Building and expanding hirify.global’s revenue and ensuring long-term success in the North American region with an accent on owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and driving new business sales. Focus on managing complex sales cycles for new business and establishing relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.

Location: Hybrid in New York, New York

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 a year (base compensation range)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving new business sales in North America.
  • Manage a book of business, including renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells.
  • Promote the hirify.global value proposition in a highly competitive market.
  • Manage complex sales cycles for new business, renewals, and expansions.
  • Establish, navigate, and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) with relevant SaaS experience.
  • Experience selling software solutions into Customer Support.
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing SaaS contracts.
  • Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite at leading enterprise companies.
  • Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
