What you will do
- Handle high volume inbound requests via phone, chat, and email to ensure effortless customer experience
- Troubleshoot technical product issues and coordinate resolutions with technical and product teams
- Advocate for hirify.global’s product value and educate customers on features and functionality
- Contribute to knowledge base quality and coach users on self-serve resources
- Capture and relay product feedback to the Product team
- Participate in personal and group projects to improve service delivery and processes
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in Sydney hub office with hybrid presence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Curiosity about law, technology, and AI
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for team success
