What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline within strategic target accounts.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings goals.
  • Engage with C-suite executives as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Use industry trends to tailor solutions addressing customer pain points.
  • Partner with product teams to provide feedback and identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in scaling and growing the sales team.

Requirements

  • Must have work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Remote work limited to Central/Eastern US regions.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in startups or early-stage companies.
  • Proven track record selling to C-level executives at Global 2000/Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Consultative and solution/value selling approach.

  • Experience with corporate training products or services.
