Salary: $232,626.30 - $294,203.85 USD (expected annual base salary)

Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers.
• 5+ years of overall development experience (managing teams using Golang and RoR).
• Deep proficiency with web application development and SaaS.
• Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Availability for participation in on-call rotation.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as hirify.global does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
• Must not be located in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.
