Salary: $121,350–$170,050

What you will do
- Manage strategic customer relationships and expectations, ensuring product success and renewals.
- Act as a liaison for customer executive leadership, facilitating strategic discussions and delivering compelling presentations.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive customer project plans, including implementation and optimization activities.
- Oversee and analyze customer utilization patterns, presenting insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities by assessing customer needs and aligning additional products or services.
- Collaborate with sales on contract terms, pricing, and finalizing implementation scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Business/Health Administration preferred; advanced degree or equivalent experience recommended.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based customer success, account management, or a related role, with a focus on strategic or enterprise-level customer engagement and value realization.
- 4+ years direct healthcare experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical decision support (CDS) products and the healthcare industry, including regulations and clinical environments.
- Excellent project management skills for tracking large, complex software implementations.
- Proven ability to establish rapport with all levels of personnel, up to and including C-suite executives.
- Superb presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
