What you will do
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive candidates using LinkedIn and a variety of other sourcing platforms.
- Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and ensure meticulous data integrity using our ATS – Ashby.
- Conduct initial recruiter screenings, specifically assessing candidates for technical and specialist roles.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand specific technical and cultural requirements.
- Provide timely, professional, and positive feedback to all candidates.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to continuously optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dedicated recruitment experience in a dynamic, fast-paced tech company.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing technical roles, including backend, frontend, data, and growth positions.
- In-depth market knowledge of the Eastern European talent pool is required.
- Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques and platforms, including familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Fluency or strong proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
- Experience hiring for specialized roles like Golang, Head of User Acquisition, or CRO/Growth.
- Familiarity with technologies and tools used by our teams, including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.js, Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, SQL, Python, R, GCP/BigQuery, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
