What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of rigorous testing protocols, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ensure all software releases meet stringent quality and reliability standards.
• Design and implement AI-assisted frameworks for intelligent test generation, failure classification, and regression suite optimization.
• Manage operational complexity within the VCF Operations and Management layer arising from new features, integrations, and increased scale.
• Identify potential issues before they escalate, analyze root cause, and implement preventive measures.
• Offer technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to QA and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, or a Master’s degree, plus 6+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and software development methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Playwright.
• Genuine interest in and basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) concepts, and the ML lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and maintainability best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere.
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
