Salary: zł164,000.00–zł246,000.00 (annualized base salary).

• Deliver value directly to customers by building and maintaining secure access controls.
• Maintain excellent quality for systems and navigate challenges presented by global scale.
• Use best practices for writing high-quality code with appropriate test coverage.
• Contribute to solutions for a fine-grained permissions management system across hirify.global services.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a backend or full-stack application engineering role.
• Understanding of web application development.
• Knowledge of Ruby and/or at least one JVM language.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Eagerness to constantly grow, learn, and apply obtained knowledge in practice.

Nice to have

• Background in Computer Science, engineering or similar field.
• Prior experience working on Ruby or Scala services.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.
• Experience with container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud services on AWS.
• Familiarity with modern JS frameworks.
