What you will do

• Design and operate large-scale distributed systems processing billions of ad events daily.
• Build data applications impacting hirify.global Ads business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define feature requirements and ensure security and compliance.
• Implement high-quality, maintainable features and review code for standards and reliability.
• Maintain live services with on-call rotations and incident response.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements for latency and capacity.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Redmond, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years engineering experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or 8+ years experience developing high-performance distributed systems in C++.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Flink, Scala), microservices, Kubernetes, Linux, Azure, and machine learning.
• Strong coding skills in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

• Experience with online system design and qualification.
