Salary: $166,000–$264,500 USD annually.

• Own infrastructure, tooling, and workflows for hirify.global Engineering.
• Play a technical leadership role in shaping developer experience.

• Improve developer velocity and enable others to work more effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or developer experience engineering.
• Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous projects with cross-team impact.
• Excellent communication and developer empathy.
• Execution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD, observability, monorepo tooling, automated testing.
• Expertise with GCP (or another major cloud provider).
• Experience with AI/ML tooling.
