What you will do
- Act as Product Owner for Professional Services, owning tools like Fieldglass and other vendor-owned applications.
- Drive change across the end-to-end (E2E) Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform suite.
- Collaborate with Spend Management Leadership, Engineering Leadership, and Operational teams to define requirements and agree on solution design.
- Develop contingent worker reporting, owning the contingent worker data dictionary, and report to stakeholders for decision-making and compliance.
- Define and execute a compelling vision and strategy for financial planning products, including leading the building of dashboards.
- Own vendor relationships for the tool set used to enable your product and define/track key project delivery metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass or similar application.
- 5+ years’ experience in Source to Pay, Program Management, or Operations.
- Strong functional skills in the S2P application suite, specializing in Fieldglass (across SoW, Profile Worker, and Staff Aug modules), with at least 6 years of hands-on experience with Fieldglass.
- Should have led at least one large-scale platform deployment project in the Professional Services space.
- Strong analytical skills and a bias for using data to make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience defining Product strategy while focusing on regular and timely delivery.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Agile project management and/or coaching experience.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Design Thinking.
- Experience with predictive modeling, data science techniques, and related tools.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
