What you will do

  • Develop strong working relationships with corporate contacts in strategic accounts.
  • Coach and train corporate staff, franchise owners, and end users on product best practices.
  • Collaborate with customers and product managers to manage product enhancement requests.
  • Manage initiatives to increase product adoption, customer satisfaction, and evangelism.
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report on KPIs.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer support tickets and update account records.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts and/or projects.
  • Proven track record of success in account management and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability in learning new software programs and identifying their full potential.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel < 15% nationwide.
