Senior Data Scientist

TL;DR

Senior Data Scientist (Data Science/ML): Lead incrementality testing and causal inference efforts to quantify marketing impact across channels with an accent on experimental design, causal modelling, and AI integration. Focus on designing and analysing experiments, building scalable testing frameworks, and translating results into actionable business insights.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland with 2 office days per week and limited work-from-anywhere options (up to 4 weeks per year)

What you will do

• Design and execute incrementality experiments such as geo-experiments, holdout tests, and lift studies to measure marketing impact
• Develop causal effect models using difference-in-differences, synthetic control, and Bayesian inference methods
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable testing frameworks and explore AI-based automation
• Communicate experimental results clearly to stakeholders and translate findings into business insights
• Support marketing measurement strategy including media mix modelling and attribution
• Promote best practices in experimental design, causal modelling, and data quality across the organization

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Warsaw, Poland with hybrid work setup
• 4+ years experience in marketing analytics, data science, or experimentation
• Strong knowledge of causal inference and experimental design methods
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of marketing metrics
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Ownership-driven mindset with passion for data-driven decision making
