What you will do

• Own and maintain operational processes from ideation to release, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
• Work closely with the R&D Program Manager to ensure smooth processes between Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Ensure Product Managers follow agreed workflows, templates, and SDLC rules for consistent execution.
• Provide clear, data-driven reports to help Product leadership make smarter roadmap and prioritization decisions.
• Orchestrate internal forums such as roadmap reviews, alignment syncs, and launch readiness.
• Build and manage product dashboards that track delivery, quality, cycle times, and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Operations with a strong track record of building, improving, and maintaining processes.
• Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Data-driven mindset, with strong skills in data analysis, industry metrics, and product insights.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including creating reports, dashboards, and automations.
• Experience working directly with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and focused on driving execution efficiency and visibility.
