What you will do
- Develop and own business strategy and P&L for New Regions, driving revenue and market share growth.
- Lead post-merger integration and build a unified high-performance sales culture across regions.
- Manage and mentor commercial teams, define go-to-market strategies for B2G and B2P segments.
- Own C-level client relationships and support complex negotiations and strategic deals.
- Harmonize regional operations including sales administration, project delivery, and field services.
- Recruit and develop senior leadership, collaborate with global teams and contribute to strategic direction.
Requirements
- Must have extensive executive commercial and general management experience with full P&L ownership.
- Experience in New Region markets (LATAM, Asia, Middle East) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA or equivalent valued.
- Proven success in hardware/SaaS sales within mobility or urban technology industries.
- Fluency in English required; French or Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) globally.
