What you will do

  • Develop and own business strategy and P&L for New Regions, driving revenue and market share growth.
  • Lead post-merger integration and build a unified high-performance sales culture across regions.
  • Manage and mentor commercial teams, define go-to-market strategies for B2G and B2P segments.
  • Own C-level client relationships and support complex negotiations and strategic deals.
  • Harmonize regional operations including sales administration, project delivery, and field services.
  • Recruit and develop senior leadership, collaborate with global teams and contribute to strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive executive commercial and general management experience with full P&L ownership.
  • Experience in New Region markets (LATAM, Asia, Middle East) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA or equivalent valued.
  • Proven success in hardware/SaaS sales within mobility or urban technology industries.
  • Fluency in English required; French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) globally.

  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and financial management tools.
