What you will do
- Lead a quota-carrying channel sales team and report to the VP of North America Channel Sales.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and partners in your region.
- Develop and execute Territory Segment Plans and business strategies with strategic sales partners.
- Oversee partner sales growth, enablement, and engagement to achieve revenue and product targets.
- Lead co-sales/marketing programs, events, and partner collateral development.
- Create partner incentive plans aligned with company goals and track partner activity and revenue performance.
Requirements
- Proven years of experience in sales, channel/alliances, marketing, or partner management with a record of success.
- Strong ability to manage and develop sales teams and partners across diverse regions.
- Expertise in prioritizing and executing strategic plans.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner relationship management tools.
- Travel flexibility: Ability to travel 40%+ of the time to meet partners and attend events.
- Education: Bachelorβs degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
