TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead a quota-carrying channel sales team and report to the VP of North America Channel Sales.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and partners in your region.
  • Develop and execute Territory Segment Plans and business strategies with strategic sales partners.
  • Oversee partner sales growth, enablement, and engagement to achieve revenue and product targets.
  • Lead co-sales/marketing programs, events, and partner collateral development.
  • Create partner incentive plans aligned with company goals and track partner activity and revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Proven years of experience in sales, channel/alliances, marketing, or partner management with a record of success.
  • Strong ability to manage and develop sales teams and partners across diverse regions.
  • Expertise in prioritizing and executing strategic plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner relationship management tools.
  • Travel flexibility: Ability to travel 40%+ of the time to meet partners and attend events.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
