Account Executive, Commercial (Raleigh): Evangelizing and selling all-flash enterprise data storage technology to commercial customers, with an accent on building relationships, developing account plans, and managing a robust sales pipeline. Location: Remote, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will currently be selling and living in the Greater Raleigh Area.

Salary: $126,500 - $202,500 USD

What you will do

  • Evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers grasp Pure’s total value proposition.
  • Build and invest in relationships with customers to establish Pure’s value and continually drive high satisfaction ratings.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage all internal resources and win new Pure Customers.
  • Drive and manage a healthy and robust pipeline of sales activity to assure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
  • Thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset to apply customer insights and expertise.
  • Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills, consistently opening doors to new customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders and fostering teamwork.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
  • 8+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development, consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues.
