What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and support Java/JEE based applications and services.
• Contribute to technical specifications, architecture, and design discussions.
• Lead code reviews and participate in technical design/specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business process issues and identify improvements.
• Work on DevOps and Cloud technologies.
• Mentor team members and learn new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, plus 4+ years of web-based application development experience.
• Proficiency in Java EE/Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML, ReactJS.
• Experience with scalable data models and complex SQL queries (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL).
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools, practices, and Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Good problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of containers like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of tracking, monitoring, and logging systems (Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog).
• Knowledge of integration and web services technologies (REST, JSON).
• Knowledge of enterprise search platforms such as Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Experience in writing Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible scripts.
• Experience with test-driven development using frameworks like JUnit.
• Scrum software development methodology experience.
