• Define technical strategy and roadmap for in-house AI-powered enterprise applications
• Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Resolve the most complex technical challenges and eliminate technical risks
• Lead engineering best practices including design quality, testing, and incident management
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and raise the engineering quality bar

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Mountain View, CA, United States
• 12+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership
• Experience building full-stack, cloud-native applications
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Go, Ruby
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Passion for data intelligence and AI technologies
