Location: Hybrid setup in Amsterdam with 2 days remote and 3 days in-office weekly after initial 3 months.

What you will do

• Lead IT risk assessments across systems, products, and change initiatives, driving remediation to completion.
• Manage IT controls in cloud environments (AWS), including IAM, data protection, and configuration management.
• Ensure resilience by design in web and mobile applications.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup strategies with regular testing.
• Map system dependencies to identify vulnerabilities and single points of failure.
• Embed and automate risk controls within engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Amsterdam with initial office presence required.
• Experience leading IT risk assessments and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, especially AWS.
• Ability to plan and test business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Understanding of IT governance and compliance with frameworks like DORA, PSD2/SCA, and EBA guidelines.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
