What you will do

• Define and maintain a global corporate security strategy, setting standards and policies for consistent operations.
• Develop and lead a threat intelligence program, including executive protection and travel safety.
• Oversee physical security systems and support safe events, business travel, and daily operations.
• Maintain and evolve crisis management and emergency response plans, ensuring business continuity.
• Lead internal investigations and coordinate responses to serious security incidents.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external authorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate security, enterprise risk, or related fields required.
• Experience leading security programs across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of threat assessment, crisis response, investigations, and physical security operations.
• English: Strong English skills required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a corporate security function from the ground up.
• Exposure to executive or event security.
• Familiarity with security regulations across different countries.
• Experience in a global tech or international company.
