What you will do

• Procure, develop, and close pre-employment background screening leads.
• Create successful calling strategies for key target industries.
• Conduct product demos for prospects to educate on the value of the AssureHire solution.
• Manage and accurately report on inbound lead pipeline within your territory.
• Attend trade shows to help generate leads.
• Consult with key contacts in HR, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Global Mobility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling technical software in a B2B environment, ideally within HR or HCM products.
• Demonstrated and consistent achievement of sales quota in fast-paced environments.
• Sharp business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills, including confident and effective phone-based selling.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and a strong ability to manage data and pipeline effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree.
