TL;DR

Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales: Leading and developing a high-performing sales team to drive revenue in the HR/Benefits market, focusing on mid-market enterprises. Focus on scaling best practices, optimizing go-to-market execution, and ensuring predictable revenue outcomes.

Location: This role is full-time and can be fully remote, however, east coast base and NYC accessible is preferred. Occasional travel may be required for in person team meetings or events.

Salary: $132,000 - $165,000 (Base) with OTE up to $330,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–8 full-cycle sales reps focused on selling into HR and Benefits leaders at mid-market enterprises.
  • Drive performance through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and skill development to ensure reps exceed quota.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to build scalable go-to-market strategies.
  • Own team pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and business reviews with the VP of Sales.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand market presence.
  • Contribute strategic insights and innovative approaches to positioning solutions in the HR/Benefits market.

Requirements

  • Previous track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
  • Strong working knowledge of the benefits space.
  • Proactive approach to activating new customers.
  • Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year (if required).
