What you will do

• Lead production teams, ensuring best-in-class development quality.
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with their existing tech ecosystem.
• Manage prioritisation, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
• Integrate the Adobe stack with web, mobile (SDK), CRM, paid media, and offline data sources.
• Define schemas (XDM, LID), oversee data ingestion, datasets, mappings, and quality troubleshooting.
• Configure identity namespaces, build audiences for activation, and design customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Tags/Launch, CJA, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong Adobe Experience Platform knowledge (AEP, RT-CDP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and Python.
• Strong understanding of attribution models, API/SDK usage, and modern data streaming architectures.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy frameworks.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from executive leadership to engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe LLM Optimizer, or Agent Orchestrator.
• Background in data architecture.
• Experience with DULE / LID methodologies.
