What you will do

• Lead all phases of data science projects including data wrangling, feature engineering, model development, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and project teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Leverage machine learning, AI, NLP, and advanced statistical methods to solve business problems.
• Propose and develop innovative analytics solutions to drive business value.
• Continuously research and apply state-of-the-art techniques to improve model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, AI, NLP, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and various modeling techniques including Time Series, Random Forests, Clustering, Neural Networks.
• Ability to translate quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies and work collaboratively across teams.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
