What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for product improvements in conversion, cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive ML pipelines with feature engineering and model training.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and analytics teams to operationalize data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and create decision-making dashboards.
• Design and analyze experiments to validate hypotheses and quantify impact with statistical rigor.
• Mentor junior data scientists and share best practices in data analysis and model evaluation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Draper, Utah or San Jose, California, United States (hybrid).
• Proven experience in end-to-end data science, machine learning, and AI applied to business problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling, feature engineering, and visualization.
• Strong skills in model selection, evaluation, and validation techniques.
• Experience with experimentation and causal inference methods related to product growth and revenue.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences and cross-functional collaboration.
