Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 USD per year (plus annual bonus and equity grants)

What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Become a specialist in the hirify.global platform and digital advertising to provide consultative advice and best practices.
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers as well as partners like Facebook and Pinterest.
- Be the voice of customers to inform the sales process and product roadmap.
- Collaborate effectively across functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- Contribute to building a world-class Customer Success organization and optimizing existing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function.
- Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
- Highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers reach their goals.
- Results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
