TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Social Advertising): Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise customers by becoming a platform specialist and solving their social advertising needs with an accent on driving adoption, outcomes, renewals, and advocacy. Focus on building strong relationships, leveraging digital advertising expertise, and collaborating cross-functionally to inform product roadmap and sales.

Location: Hybrid in New York. Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events when possible.

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 USD per year (plus annual bonus and equity grants)

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Become a specialist in the hirify.global platform and digital advertising to provide consultative advice and best practices.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers as well as partners like Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Be the voice of customers to inform the sales process and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to building a world-class Customer Success organization and optimizing existing processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function.
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers reach their goals.
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
