What you will do

- Brief creative team to produce top-performing assets
- Monitor, track, and report key metrics and drive experimentation with marketing partners
Requirements
- English: Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency required
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and conversion tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency with BI platforms like Looker Studio or Funnel.io
Nice to have
- Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social channels
- Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with server-side tracking and privacy-compliant measurement setups
- Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management
