What you will do

• Identify product gaps, provide recommendations, and consult enterprise customers on sustainable implementation strategies.
• Consult on pre-sales engagements, demonstrating capabilities, and guiding roll-out strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex hirify.global solution implementations with support teams.
• Provide advanced training on hirify.global topics, CI/CD integrations, and APIs.
• Develop custom integrations and add query support for new frameworks.
• Work closely with R&D to do design reviews and share field experience.

Requirements

• +5 years of robust programming experience with languages such as Python, Shell, and Go (Java, C#, mobile languages are a plus).
• Enterprise software development experience, including SCMs, CI/CD tools, and defect tracking solutions.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) for customer-facing roles.
• Strong technical aptitude to rapidly pick up new concepts.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm).
• Application security experience or Security Champion experience.
• Background in application security (penetration testing / code review).
