What you will do

  • Support the launch and management of a new AI-powered Knowledge Base tool.
  • Strategize and structure the content library for Customer Support teams.
  • Optimize content to ensure immediate access to accurate and actionable information.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and other company teams to maintain content quality.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Paris, France.
  • Strong interest in knowledge management and customer support.
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with diverse teams.
