What you will do

• Produce original, creative, and engaging story-driven video content for multiple digital formats.
• Write scripts, direct shoots, animate, manage talent, and edit video and audio content.
• Collaborate with industry experts, brand partners, customers, and team members daily.
• Manage all aspects of video production as a one-person studio when needed.
• Explore new video formats and channels to convert target audiences into subscribers.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Location: Fully hirify.global with preference for EMEA region.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end motion design and video production.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Passion for storytelling and converting audiences into customers.

• Experience with shooting footage and AI video tools.
