What you will do

• Design and create custom instructional videos, animations, and motion graphics.
• Develop SCORM-compliant curriculum and author scripts simplifying complex concepts.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to align storyboards with video creation.
• Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Organize and maintain project assets ensuring version control and reuse.
• Manage AI-assisted workflows and collaborate cross-functionally for quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico or work remotely from Mexico.
• 2+ years experience in video editing, motion design, or instructional media creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Blender, and animation tools.
• Experience creating instructional scripts and SCORM-compliant packaging.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to leverage AI workflows to improve production efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, restaurant, or technology education contexts.
• Background in instructional design or learning and development.
