What you will do
- Create and maintain Help Center documentation (how-to guides, troubleshooting, product overviews, best practices) for Retail Media solutions.
- Translate complex product information into clear, concise, user-friendly content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, UX Writing, Customer Support, and Enablement teams.
- Apply content governance, including style guide compliance, terminology consistency, SEO structure, and publishing standards.
- Monitor and improve content performance by analyzing metrics, search behavior, and customer feedback.
- Write in-platform guidance and messaging (pop-ups, tooltips, guided tours, release notes, onboarding flows).
Requirements
- Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to simplify complexity while maintaining accuracy.
- Experience in content writing, product documentation, customer education, or SaaS content creation.
- Strong collaboration abilities and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, help center systems, and basic SEO principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mindset to independently gather information through research or engaging subject matter experts.
Nice to have
- Experience with Stonly, Intercom, Zendesk, Vyond, Camtasia, Loom.
- Understanding of ad tech or retail media ecosystems.
- Experience with localization workflows and multilingual content.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
