What you will do

• Provide 24/7 Tier-1 IT Help Desk support, focusing on night shifts for corporate headquarters and global fleet.
• Handle hotline calls and tickets, perform first-line troubleshooting including account unlocks, password resets, Outlook, PC performance, and network checks.
• Record, categorize, and prioritize incidents in the ticketing system with accurate documentation.
• Resolve Tier-1 issues and escalate to Tier-2 teams when necessary.
• Maintain communication with end users until resolution or escalation.
• Follow SLAs, escalation rules, and shift handover procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience as IT Support Engineer with reliable Tier-1 support in 24/7 environment including night shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Outlook, user account management, and network fundamentals.
• English: Intermediate+ or higher required.
• Ability to work independently and calmly under pressure during night shifts (Qatar time zone).
• Dependable with clear documentation and proper escalation skills.
