What you will do
- Lead project planning, timeline management, and cross-functional team coordination for successful delivery.
- Assess client objectives and challenges to formulate vision, strategy, and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable marketing strategies leveraging hirify.global services.
- Support data analysts in solving complex business problems and managing end-to-end delivery of solutions.
- Manage client relationships across EMEA (and potentially globally), representing hirify.global in strategic discussions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and internal company data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing/CRM or professional services experience (e.g., CRM Manager/leader, strategy/management consulting).
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Notion).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management abilities and capacity to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and problem-solve creatively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience working with CDP/MMH/ESP tools (e.g., Bloomreach, Adobe, Salesforce).
