What you will do

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels to identify optimization opportunities
• Design and analyze A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and cohort studies to improve acquisition funnels
• Build scalable data pipelines and contribute to data architecture and schema design
• Collaborate with product, credit, and creative teams to drive data-informed decisions and roadmap prioritization

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in data analytics in product-led or high-growth tech environments
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and DBT
• Strong skills in funnel optimisation, segmentation, LTV modelling, and experimentation frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Location: Hybrid work in London with remote work on Mondays and Fridays
• English: B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in credit marketing and paid media platforms
• Familiarity with marketing mix models and incrementality testing
• Experience with data instrumentation and schema design in product cycles
