What you will do
- Own business performance and revenue growth in Finland, leading local go-to-market execution.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales, marketing, and customer success professionals.
- Drive strategic partnerships to expand market footprint and open new revenue channels.
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and RevOps.
- Represent hirify.global externally at events, customer meetings, and within the local partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Finnish and English.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and leadership within the Finnish market, preferably in SaaS.
- Skilled at coaching and developing teams to exceed targets.
- Experience or eagerness to lead partnership development and management.
- Commercial and strategic mindset with a strong hands-on approach.
- Results-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
