hirify.global is a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up headquartered in Stockholm, automating the entire contract process with a digital platform used by over 60,000 users across 6 countries.

What you will do

  • Own business performance and revenue growth in Finland, leading local go-to-market execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales, marketing, and customer success professionals.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to expand market footprint and open new revenue channels.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and RevOps.
  • Represent hirify.global externally at events, customer meetings, and within the local partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Finnish and English.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and leadership within the Finnish market, preferably in SaaS.
  • Skilled at coaching and developing teams to exceed targets.
  • Experience or eagerness to lead partnership development and management.
  • Commercial and strategic mindset with a strong hands-on approach.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up environment.
  • Previous exposure to international teams and cross-functional collaboration.
