What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain accessible React components following WCAG 2.1 Level AA or higher standards
• Implement RTL language support and internationalization patterns
• Conduct accessibility audits using screen readers and automated tools
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate accessibility requirements early
• Write semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and manage focus for interactive components
• Create and maintain accessibility documentation and guidelines

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years of frontend development experience with ReactJS
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines and ARIA patterns
• Experience testing with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
• Proficiency in semantic HTML5, CSS3 including logical properties, and TypeScript
• Location: Remote work from Latin America
• English: B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining design system component libraries
• Exposure to automated accessibility testing in CI/CD pipelines
