• Architect, design, build, and deploy large-scale AI/ML systems including NLP, deep learning, and generative AI
• Drive AI strategy and roadmap with engineering, product, and business leaders

• Establish best practices for ethical, reproducible, and production-ready AI with robust model governance
• Mentor data scientists and engineers to foster technical excellence and continuous learning

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Extensive experience with advanced machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI
• Proven leadership in end-to-end AI project delivery and scalable data architectures
• Strong communication and mentoring skills with ability to influence technical teams and executives
